After Suffering From PTSD, Canc*r And Stroke

With a remarkable career spanned over five decades, Tina Turner is undeniably one of the most successful recording artists in history.

At the tender age of three, Anna Mae Bullock’s life was irrevocably changed when her parents decided to part ways.

She spent most of her formative years in the loving arms of her grandmother. When she reached 19, Tina moved back with her mother, and from then onward, it became apparent that great possibilities were resting within this remarkable woman.

Before launching her solo career, Tina was already a celebrated artist thanks to her joint performances with Ike Turner.

With her vibrant stage presence and powerful vocals, Tina Turner remained at the top of the charts for many years.

Her songs “Private Dancer,” “What’s Love Got To Do with It,” and “Proud Mary” are still widely popular after decades as they remain a part of our collective cultural heritage.

After suffering a stroke and temporarily losing the ability to speak, Tina began her recovery journey. She thought she was on the right track until unexpected news arrived: renal failure and intestine cancer diagnoses.

Few were aware of what she had been facing privately until two years ago when Tina wrote about it in her book “Tina Turner: My Love Story.

” We can appreciate how strong-willed one must be to overcome such obstacles with courage, determination, and grace.

Tina Turner Says Final Goodbye

Despite feeling uneasy about death, I couldn’t help but worry about how things would play out when the inevitable came.

I started to contemplate the end of my life, knowing that if my kidneys were failing, it was time for me to go peacefully.

Nonetheless, I realised that when it’s your time there is no other way around it,” she reflected in her essay.

After successfully removing part of her intestine, Turner underwent a kidney transplant, with Erwin Bach serving as the donor.

She remarked on the experience: “I know I haven’t finished my medical journey yet, but we are closer than ever!

In hindsight, I now see why I needed to go through such difficulty-the. Pain has been converted into joy, and I am currently in the most blissful state of my life.”

After triumphing over many health issues, her admirers sent their well-wishes and were eager to hear how she was faring.

In response, she shared a video expressing, “Yes! I’m back on my feet  better than ever! Miraculously surviving these severe illnesses has been like being given another chance at life!”

In the recently released showcase documentary “Tina,” the singer fondly remembered her past and discussed how she had been affected by PTSD from enduring violence inflicted by her former husband, Ike Turner.

Perceiving this as a farewell, admirers noted that Tina declared wanting to begin a third and final chapter of life away from public view.

Omg.

As Tina’s future unfolds, we offer our best wishes and sincerely hope she won’t experience any additional health issues.
